其实从初中开始我的体重一直都是58KG左右晃荡的，一直都没怎么减肥，虽然胖，也是个快乐的胖子。
但是到了大学感觉完全不一样了，开始意识到自己太胖了，身边晃荡的、校园里晃荡的也是都是些瘦瘦的美女，感觉自己有点异类。从来不敢穿裙子，基本上都是穿休闲的衣服。买衣服也是最头大的问题，特别是每次买完衣服，肯定叫着要减肥。但是也都是说说而已，没有真正的下定决定付之行动。

关于减肥药
我们家是开药店的，也卖各种减肥药，08年的假期期间在家受不了减肥药效果明显的诱惑，偷偷的吃了半个月的减肥药，瘦到54KG。很多人几乎人不出我，因为骨架大，所以看上去挺瘦了。当时我很开心，买了很多以前不敢穿的衣服，包括裙子和热裤。
可是，美梦很快就醒了，不到半年，又回到61.5KG。我清醒了，从此，在想瘦都不敢想减肥药这三个字了。

关于吃夜宵零食
09年年头，经常晚上吃小核桃（万恶的小核桃），零食（万恶的Oreo），不知不觉胖到了65.7KG。我真的是打击到了，站在体重秤上面我都不敢相信，我以为自己在怎么吃也不会长这么多的，我想这是我没有坚持运动、吃减肥药、暴饮暴食种种原因的结果。不过这样也好，坚定了我再次认真减肥的信念。

我开始决心减肥了……
09年6月来接触到Celluloet产品，开始使用Celluloet的Starter Pack，开始做小运动，开始记录
我很高兴一开始就接触了一个很好的减肥顾问。
她很耐心的指导我 怎么吃。怎么如何安排我的作息时间。
我就是按照她的方法，真的是瘦了很多很多。
以前光靠运动一个月下来，也瘦了一点点，但是没动了后，还是相当于没用、
在她的指导下，我坚持着，每天吃Celluloet代餐粉，吃着Vitamin BT,加上了少量运动。
效果真的是一天一天的出来了。

Wah, saya dah kurus! Boleh tak nak cakap macam tu. Bila tengok badan saya kat cermin yang besar lagi gedabak tu, memang sangat hepi. Suke nye tukenye. Kalau dulu nak kurus, tapi spirit dia kurang skit, sebab bila diet balik2 perut keroncong je pastu tak bermaya. Tapi bila makan Celluloet, perut dah tak keroncong lagi walaupun hanya meal replacement. Tak percaya? tak percaya sudah. Cuma bila makan Celluloet ni, niat nak ngunyah tu still ade. Orang yang diet guna Celluloet memang dah diajar cara makan secara sihat,tambah lagi Vitamin BT,saya rasa lagi cepat kurus. Saya sudah kurus 13Kg dalam 2bulan !

I like this very much! Basically I eat very little, only 1 meal per day.  Maybe it’s due to I’m busy during daytime, I’ll only eat at night after finishing my job. This is why I gained weight.
